1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Reliable GPS Tracking website operated by The Reliable International, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and agree to be legally bound by them.

2. Products & Services

Reliable GPS Tracking sells GPS tracking hardware, SIM data plans, accessories, and related software services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate and complete.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this window subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) included.
  • The product must be in resalable condition with no physical damage, scratches, or missing parts.
  • Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is required.
Non-returnable items
  • SIM cards and data plans once activated or provisioned
  • Software subscriptions / server plans once activated
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modification
  • Products returned after the 7-day window
How to return
  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions from our support team.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it as instructed.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, eligible refunds will be processed.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item supplied by us.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund under this policy / warranty terms.

6. Warranty

All GPS hardware carries a 15-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or physical damage is not covered.

7. Acceptable Use

Our products and services must only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our tracking solutions to monitor individuals without their consent, in violation of applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
